Each of the founding members sits on the Board of Directors which retains policy-setting responsibility and oversees the implementation and administration of the organization's goals.  Membership is comprised of a group of individuals with varied educational and professional backgrounds including accounting, business and finance, architecture, real estate development and managment, law and public service.

All administrative time is donated by Project RUSH board members.  100% of donated dollars and services will be used for the benefit of homeless youth of Chicago.
